The Best Belgian Waffles

Prep Time: 15 minutes       Total Time: 40 minutes
Serves: 8-12                        Yield: 12 waffles
4 cups flour
2 T + 2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
4 flax eggs
1/2 cup oil
4 1/2 cups milk
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Oil the waffle maker.
Sift the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
In separate bowl, mix together the eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla, stir slightly. 
Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Cook in waffle iron on medium-high heat for around 5-10 minutes.
