Cranberry Orange Bread

makes two loaves

Ingredients
2 C. whole wheat flour
2 C. white flour
1 T. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
½ t. nutmeg
1 t. ground cloves
1 C. brown sugar
½ C. white sugar

½ C. unsalted butter

1 heaping T. grated orange rind
2 eggs
1 ½ C. fresh orange juice

2 C. fresh cranberries
1 C. chopped walnuts
1 C. raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Combine orange juice, eggs, orange rind. Add to flour mixture and mix until just wet. Fold in cranberries, nuts, and raisins.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 55-60 minutes. Cool on wire rack after removing from pan.
