Oatmeal Bread

(makes four loaves)
3 T yeast
7 c. wheat flour
4 1/2 c. water
Mix in bread mixer on level one for one minute, then let sit for 15 minutes.  

Then add the following:
4 c. oats
2 T salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil + 1/4 c. water
1 c. white flour
Turn mixer on level one and let mix for 10 minutes.  Spray pans, put dough in and let rise 30-40 minutes or until double.  Put pans in oven, turn oven on to 350, bake for fifteen minutes then rotate pans from bottom shelf to top. Bake for 15 minutes more.  Remove from pans immediately and butter the tops.
